Fever pitch fourth blog

The story is about Nick’s and his girlfriends life . How they spend their time how much they spend their time on work. They are both very involved in school activities. Nick is coaching the school team while his Sarah have ”extra study time” after school. The story is most about how Sarah tries to get more time with Nick and pushes him so they can buy an apartment together. She succeed with this but as they move in together she realise that Nick is so immature. But she succeed in solving this problem. But now appears a bigger problem, Nick is so addicted to Arsenal, everything circles around it. Nick doesn't wanna go on vacation on the Canary Islands just because of Arsenal, and they can’t eat supper together because of Arsenals match etc. This drives Sarah mad.

So there is two conflicts in this story, one internal and one external. The external is between Sarah and Nick’s Arsenal addiction and the internal fight is between Nick and his Arsenal addiction. He tries too resist one Arsenal game and he fails. But he still tries to get rid of his ”disease”.

I think it’s good for Nick that he has a hooby, some time away from Sarah. But this habit he has now is not healthy. You have to be able to spend time with your beloved and do activities such as vacations and go visit her parents. A Arsenal game on a rainy Wednesday afternoon can’t stop you from doing the other things.
